Guidelines to fill the GIIT Authorization Form:

1. Please select your desired authorization from the Option-Chart displayed below.
2. Get the appropriate fee Transfer receipt before filling the form online. (Bank Details)
3. Fill all the mandatory columns and upload the softcopies where ever required.
4. Documents & Photos to be uploaded ( * Marked are Mandatory) :
   i.     Director Photo *
   ii.    Director’s Aadhar Card/Voter ID *
   iii.   Director’s PAN
   iv.   Director’s DL/Other
   v.   Scan Copy of Director’s Signature *
   vi.   Center’s Front View / Main Gate Photo
   vii.  Lab Photo
   viii. Reception/ Waiting / Counseling Photo
   ix.   Class Room Photo
   x.    Fee Transfer receipt *
(Center Approval will be made only after confirmation of payment)

5. Proposed center will be approved only after fulfilling the GIIT criteria & related verifications. If center does not get approved, the related paid fee will be refunded to the Director’s Bank account only. Auth. Center Processing fee is not refundable once the center is approved.
6. After Approval of the center, the Center ID will be created and Login Id and password will be sent at center official email.
7. After Approval of the center, it is also be authorized to purchase Student Registration Numbers for the courses you would like to run at your center and then and could start registering your students at your center.

1. नीचे दिए गए आप्शन चार्ट में से अपना इक्छित सेण्टर केटेगरी चुनें :
2. फॉर्म भरने से पहले इक्छित केटेगरी हेतु सम्बंधित राशि की बैंक / वॉलेट जमा रशीद प्राप्त कर लें |
3. सभी अनिवार्य खानों को भरें तथा यथोचित डाक्यूमेंट्स अपलोड करैं.
4. निम्नलिखित कागजात व तस्वीरों को अपलोड करें : ( * मार्क खाने अनिवार्य हैं )

i.    डायरेक्टर की तस्वीर *
ii.    डायरेक्टर का आधार कार्ड / वोटर कार्ड *
iii    डायरेक्टर की का पैन कार्ड
iv.   डायरेक्टर का डीएल/अन्य
v.   डायरेक्टर का हस्ताक्षर *
vi.   केंद्र की सामने से तस्वीर
vii.  क्लासरूम की तस्वीर
viii.  स्वगात कक्ष
ix.   लैब की तस्वीर
x.   पेमेंट स्लिप  *
(भुगतान सत्यापित होने के बाद ही प्रस्तावित सेण्टर स्वीकृति की प्रक्रिया आरम्भ होगी |

5. प्रस्तावित सेण्टर GIIT नियमावली के अनुकूल होने तथा सभी जाँच के सत्यापित होने के बाद हीं स्वीकृत किये जायेंगे | सेण्टर स्वीकृत नहीं हो पाने की अवस्था में सम्बंधित देय राशि सिर्फ आवेदित निदेशक के बैंक खाता में हीं वापस की जायेगी | यदि सेण्टर एक बार स्वीकृत कर दी जाती है तो किसी भी अवस्था में फ्रैंचाइज़ी प्रोसेसिंग फीस वापस नहीं की जायेगी |
6. सेण्टर स्वीकृत होने के बाद आपका सेण्टर आईडी बनाया जायेगा व आपके ऑफिसियल ईमेल पर सम्बंधित यूजर आईडी – पासवर्ड भेजा जायेगा |
7. आथोराइज्ड सेण्टर बनने के बाद आप अपने सेण्टर पर जो भी कोर्स चलाना चाहते हैं उस हेतु स्टूडेंट रजिस्ट्रेशन नंबरों को अधिकृत तौर से ले सकेंगे तथा अपने सेण्टर पर स्टूडेंट रजिस्ट्रेशन आरंभ करेंगे.
